This is about the joy of creating something new and wonderful; the disappointment of a failed effort; and the addictions associated with both. It is a testament to my love of the right and often the best kitchen tools. Hopefully, this blog makes you hungry, provides a useful tip or two and (most importantly) inspires you to get in the kitchen with the right tools.

Last Post For A While
I'm in the process of moving, so my weekends have been and are dedicated to cardboard. My next post will be the second week in October. I miss not being able to cook new things; I keep making the same one-pot dishes.

Just wanted to say that I really like your site and your taste in kitchen gadgets. Looking forward to more posts. Sounds like you should be working in the culinary field. I am a caterer in need of some marketing expertise. Maybe we can work out a fee for service arrangement.
