This is about the joy of creating something new and wonderful; the disappointment of a failed effort; and the addictions associated with both. It is Southern, soul food, American, Italian, Moroccan, pan-Asian and any other food or cuisine that speaks to me as a foodie. It is a testament to my love of the right and often the best kitchen tools. Hopefully, this blog makes you hungry, provides a useful tip or two and (most importantly) inspires you to get in the kitchen with the right tools.

My Summer Table
Happy summer! So yeah. I tried this post before. The difference is I have finally, after years of searching, found my chargers! You may not be impressed, but this find at Z Gallerie made my day.
